We will not issue "missions". The founder of INPADS experienced that "missions" are more a wish list than reality. So "missions" usually exactly list the deficits of the respective working atmosphere.

A very good working climate is urgent for us. Three simple points are sufficient to obtain this in stress situations too:

• respect others
• respect yourself
• respect the things you do

Think about it. It is easy. You only have to act responsible and mindful.
